3. CCTV & Security Monitoring

For the safety of our clients and the security of the studio, 24/7 video-only CCTV is in operation throughout the premises.

  • Purpose: The footage is used solely for security, crime prevention, and to verify any reports of damage or policy breaches.

  • Audio: No audio is recorded at any time.

  • Retention: CCTV footage is automatically overwritten every 30 days, unless a specific incident requires the footage to be held for investigation.

  • Access: Access to this footage is strictly limited to the Studio Owner and, where legally required, law enforcement.

4. Data Sharing & Security

  • No Selling: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Third Parties: We only share data with essential service providers (such as our booking platform and payment processors) to facilitate your booking.
